Ben's in Harvard: Family Christmas Traditions Begins Here
A Family Tradition Returns – Season Opener at Ben’s Christmas Tree Farm
The holidays begin at Ben’s Christmas Tree Farm in Harvard. Founded in 1982, Ben’s is one of the area’s most established and beloved Christmas tree farms. For generations, families have made it their tradition to bundle up, explore our scenic 100-acre farm, and choose the perfect hand-pruned Christmas tree – fresh from the field and ready to make new memories at home.
With thousands of trees ranging from 6 to 14 feet across eight varieties of fir, spruce and pine, visitors will find everything from the classic family favorite to the hard-to-find tall Fraser Fir – with an impressive selection up to 10 feet, and a few giants reaching 12! Pricing is simple and fair: Firs and Spruce are $15 per foot, while Pines are $8 per foot (6.5’ minimum).
Ben’s is locally owned and proud to offer families old-fashioned holiday fun. Enjoy free horse-drawn wagon and tractor rides; a meet & greet with Santa (bring your camera!); and a stop by the farm animals for the little ones. They’lll shake and bale your tree, provide free saws and string – and even help you tie your tree to the car. Afterward, warm up with hot cocoa and cider donuts in our cozy craft shop and browse handmade wreaths, garlands and holiday décor – all crafted with fresh Fraser fir.
Ben’s is located at 7720 Ryan Road in Harvard. They are open the day after Thanksgiving for three festive weekends: Nov. 28–30; Dec. 6–7; and Dec. 13–14, from 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m. on Black Friday and Saturdays; and 10 a.m.–4:30 p.m. on Sundays.
