Fold3 offers the most comprehensive military records site for genealogy. This database includes memorials, photos, records, and many other family history resources. You can search by record type, conflict, collection, and more. The non-military section includes various newspapers, directories, and other records that may be useful for research. Presented by Tina Beaird, owner of Tamarack Genealogy and hosted by the McHenry Library and McHenry County Illinois Genealogical Society.
